Ha. My uncle Mort has just been put on the board in sunflower Nebraska. They have started talking about girls and boys and locker rooms and sports. So we’ve all been raised about the same way and we make our decisions based on how to best handle this. Thomas didn't compete against "little girls" but against the top women's collegiate swimmers. Her results were mixed as this Wikipedia article shows:

Since then, the "dictators" at the World Aquatics have passed rules making it difficult for transgender women to be eligible to compete. The details are a little complicated but:
