@AverageJoe1 saidGee, sometimes I'd like to move my Bishop like a Knight but the "State" stops me from doing so!
You have never, and will not, say that you would not approve of men competing against women.
It just says something about you, man. And I think in these minimal circumstances,, that my use of 'state' is dead on. Bow to the higher authority. Not me and Howard Roark.
Go ahead, feed the monsters who are devouring the possibilities that used to be available to our daug ...[text shortened]... your daughter.
And I thought you libs are always preaching ffaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiirrrrr.
Not Fair.
That makes as much sense as your idiotic rant.

@no1marauder saidBut SCOTUS says ok as long as you 'officially' move it as a Knight. 😆

He blows up a building owned by someone else just because they made architectural changes in it he didn't like even though he had no legal say at that point.
He then gives a speech at his trial filled with loathing of the rest of the human race because they don't pay what he feels is sufficient homage and obedience to "great men" like, of course, himself.
The Randian wet dream ends when the humbled jury, realizing his utter superiority and thus his immunity from obeying the rules the rest of us peasants are required to follow, acquits him.
It all sounds familiar ..........................................................................

If you are shooting darts, you decide every aspect of the game. If you want to play 'the state' , just who is going to be the state at Kelly's Pub tonight....while you are shooting darts at your pleasure?
If you are playing chess, you are the one who decides how to move the pieces, good, bad, different or illegal.

@AverageJoe1 saidNo, you don't; not if you want to play in organized leagues and official competitions.
Spooky guy.

@no1marauder saidOK, I do not know these orgs or their rules, or what you are talking about, and why you would compare them to races or heats that occur in athletic sports? Where two people start in the same place and try to best the other with only their talent and strength.
No, you don't; not if you want to play in organized leagues and official competitions.
You are better than this. I clearly say the competitor competes against the other competitor, and you say that in some competitions you as player are not the 'one to decide' your actions in the competition. I am sure you are correct, if you say so.
But you come up with mentioning some competitions have competitive moves or whatever made by another entity.
Please spare me this. Geez.

@AverageJoe1 saidIt's a simple point; if you're playing in a competition, you have to abide by the rules of the competition. And if you lose, don't cry about the rules you agreed to when you entered the competition.
