I think terrorism applies more to MO than ideology.
At least perhaps that's what it was meant to refer to.
Now the term is used very liberally indeed.
Discontent Muslims are almost by definition terrorists.

Tell me, what is Iran fighting for, their own freedom? Are they helping a weaker Islamic nation or cause? Is that not what the US and the UK are doing as well?

I answered it just above your last post.
As for the bias accusation. I probably have more Muslim friends and associates than you do. And they are so moderate that they are ashamed of the extremist element which gets all the press.
You may be more biased than I.
Secondly, having Muslim friends is not a great disclaimer.
Thirdly, it matters not who is more biased, but when you use terms like 'moderate' and 'extremists', you are parodying your neutral assertion in my opinion.
If it makes you feel any better, I will happily concede that you are neutral and I am biased.
Now show me where all terrorists have stated time and time again that world colonisation is their goal.
It's no use making statements like these without backing them up. It doesn't help the debate.

I can say the same thing about America.
What are they fighting?
You say terrorism, I can easily say colonialism.

I do have a somewhat positive article for you though, if you care...

Why Not?

I don't need to feel better, I feel fine. You admit your bias then, that's ok. Actually we are all biased, one way or another.
