So you think Federal judges are going to adopt the administration's position that the Watergate inquiry should never have gotten the Grand Jury testimony?

Somehow I doubt it. Nor is it likely any court is going to interfere in the sole impeachment power the Constitution gives to the House. These are non-serious arguments meant only to delay.
