@no1marauder saidAnd the voters should not be able to decide that for what reason?
Running for President doesn't give you a pass for any criminal activity you have committed beforehand.

What job you want has zero to do with whether you are guilty or not of a charged crime so why would the voters have any say in such a matter? They have no say as far as any other defendant.

@no1marauder saidNo, sorry, JJ wrote asked you about the lies of Joe and you selected, let's see......the subject of Joe's Finances as VP to write back about. Or did I miss something.
No, you idiot, if you had even bothered to check the link given in that OP, you'd know that Hannity was complaining about the impropriety of Joe sending e-mails to a certain person who he described as a "business partner" of Hunter's when that person wound up being Joe's bookkeeper.

@no1marauder saidA jury of your peers is supposed to decide that, but you expect me to believe 12 people can decide guilt or innocence better than all American voters. FAIL!

Remember when OJ Simpson got away with murder because the jury believed a conspiracy theory proposed by Johnny Cochran? There are stupid answers regardless of age. You expect people to believe the opinion of the few means more than the opinions of the many. Stupid answer from the willfully biased.
@metal-brain saidYes, 12 people who hear all the evidence at trial under the rules of law are far better qualified to decide whether someone is guilty than those who don't.

Are you proposing that we decide every criminal case in the US by a nationwide popular vote? Or just insisting on special treatment for Donald Trump?
10 Dec 23
@no1marauder saidSo let the American people see all of the evidence. It is going to come out sooner or later anyway. Will Trump's case be decided by a jury?

@averagejoe1 saidHDS
Not in any case would it be justified, at least not in the USA. We have a process to unseat a government, etc. Wasted post. Your time woujld be better spent telling us where Hunter got all that money and why. Query....Why won't he? Is he hiding something? Please try to write a response without mentioning President Trump.
@metal-brain saidHe was not. Stop lying.
Jesus Christ was an insurrectionist. That's not debatable.
Should we demonize Jesus too?

@metal-brain saidI'm okay with the jury system; the trials will be public and the evidence available but realistically people who have other things to do aren't going to listen to all the evidence like a jury has to.

Trump is charged with felonies, so he'll get a jury trial unless he doesn't want one.
@wajoma said"A violent uprising against an authority or government", as on Jan. 6th, 2021.
No one has been able to define how an insurrection was supposed to proceed, how, who, what, when. No one has been able to provide any plan of an insurrection, every time someone tries to define what a planned insurrection would look like it becomes more preposterous because at the same time they're creating this unbelievable scenario they're trying to shoehorn it into what did happen and that's not possible.
I should have caught that first edit before you changed it.
How about that, cheese-for-brains?
@mott-the-hoople saidAnd you wonder why we all claim that conservatives are stupid.
election interference is what it is…it is backfiring though. A lot of voters have had the law used against them too
@mott-the-hoople saidHow is your noodling hobby going?

@no1marauder saidWill the jury be comprised of both republicans and democrats in roughly equal numbers? If not it will not be a fair jury trial. That is the advantage of greater numbers deciding based on the facts presented.
