Could you kick the stoll away?

1. if you pull the switch you are now another murderer who (supposedly) needs to be killed (my belief please feel free to posess your own)

2. i would rather pay taxes to have a killer locked up all his life than pay taxes to execute him/her. just my preference, the govenor of georgia feels diferently (i live near atlanta so i use that refernce)

3. what about all those dudes that were executed then later found innocent through dna testing? kind of sucks that they died for bogus reasons

4. the job of the government is to provide for the liberties and safeties of it's citizens (correct me if i am wrong) by killing it's own citizens, even if they were killers and father rapers, you are going against the liberties and safety of your people

5. i believe a prisoner locked up good and tight is just as harmless to the rest of society as a dead criminal

6. which brings me to prison reform, america has a truly brutal prison system where non violent offenders are often placed in over crowded cell blocks with hardened criminals who are all too willing to turn on each other, as wel as help each other commit other crimes. i recomend legalizing drugs and prostitution, increasing funds for public education (provide public funds for private schools too) to decrease the cause of crime (poverty, mental disability, greed, hate) job programs (real job programs not the understaffed bull jive they have today) for non violent offenders would help too. and i don't think legalizing drugs would cause 5th graders to start shooting heroin, i do think it would cut down on crimes (think about it, a dude shoots a police officer while being chased, the dude shot the cop because he has many extasy tabs on him and doesn't want to go to jail for life, true he shouldn't sell drugs if he doesn' want to go to jail, but he is uneducated and broke, while drug dealers make a lot of money)

my opinion is that noone should be killed by another. i was trying to show how i see the "killing killers is ok" opinion as ridiculous
