Many courts ruled that Trumps big steal lie was just that, a lie, but that doesn’t stop the Republican scum from claiming that it’s the truth.
If the vaccine mandates are unconstitutional in the eyes of that court then they are perfectly entitled to make that ruling that’s what they are there for. I expect the White House will fight the decision and that’s their job.
None of that makes mandates right or wrong the arguments for and against will always be disputed.
It will make debates much clearer. Thank Kev for bringing this to the fore.

Thanks, MB. Everyone off-issue right out off the gate. I made the thread to point out that of the many posts that have ensued over the months, the liberal slant was that the govt should have the power to issue the mandates. A court ruled otherwise last week, ,so we are just pounding our chests a bit.
That is the fact,, the issue, not really arguable as to the ruling of the court. It says, simply, that the liberal point of view was faulty.

I don't think it is over yet. I heard it will go to the supreme court. I wish I could say I have confidence they will do the right thing. They were appointed by corrupt presidents.
Another prob with many posters....I will get my toes wet and put in a link, and if it is not a link someone likes, they will fault me for quoting the source that I have quoted. Like, Townhall.com. Maybe they have never heard of it. But if the quote is a fact, the sky is blue, I could quote Hitler saying it, and they would give me hell for quoting him, or my granny, for saying it,,,,,,,it being a fact.
