Funny how the founding fathers thought the fed government rides herd on states.
So now you are advocating the former UNITED states to be in effect 50 separate countries. And you clearly HATE women since you want R V Wade abolished with the REAL result being more women killed in back street abortion clinics.

With that philosophy, there is also nothing in the constitution about privacy or slavery so some states might even go as far as re-introduction of slavery or putting mics and cameras in all our homes to monitor what we do in our bedrooms.
Repubs want one thing over ALL else, POWER and PERMANENT power and of course MONEY.
Did you notice the number of repubs under indictment running for office?
One state, I think Michigan has a primary winner, naturally repub, winning IN JAIL.

I know you said fetus, but I have never heard that word used in social chatter about having a baby. Never have. Imagine Matilda seeing you and saying, OH...you are gestating a fetus. Hey give us an example of its use in casual conversation .
