@dood111 saidTheir religion doesn’t not make them do it, some Muslims interpret the Koran that way others do not, just like not all Christians interpret the Bible in the same and they are not all bigots like yourself, ‘life’s rich tapestry’ is probably to blame.
So what does that say about the countries that require women to wear Burqua's?
Answer: It says they are CH*T.
Same for their religion that makes them do it.
@vivify saidLol typical, it’s the last place you’d want to take advantage of their laid.back attitude to nudity.
Iceland is world-famous for it's lax approach to nudity; it's arguably more accepting of public nudity than any other nation in the world.
Iceland is also consistently ranked as the number one most feminist nation.
I think there's definitely a correlation.

@vivify saidDid you ever do any statistics in college or are you using the word correlation because you heard someone else use it? So you are using a group of people who represent about 0.0004666% of the worlds population to establish a correlation? Thats statistics when you desperate to prove your point.

@rajk999 saidDid you honestly just say "desperate" to prove a point? In this topic?

In your opinion, what do I stand to lose if my theory is wrong? Hmm? What's on the line for me here since I'm "desperate"?
Good god, me trolling you that one time was far more effective than I realized. Every post to me from you is emotional.
@vivify saidThat's not a "correlation" by any stretch of the imagination. What you have done is most clearly in instance of "confirmation bias" You chose a single data point which "you feel" supports ( unquantified ) your hypothesis and ignored the rest of the world.

Generally... to find a "correlation" you are going to want to normalize certain populations (plural) on some measurable criteria ( level of freedom, acceptance of nudity are a bit vague ) and then proceed to plot said populations (plural) against this variable.
Is there a clear emergent pattern ( more than one data point ) when you complete this analysis?

@vivify saidWhat is the racial demographics of iceland?

@vivify saidEmotional ? Where? So many other people pointing out to you that your attempt to establish a causal link between nudity and freedom is nonsense. Yes, you do have something to loose, if you are wrong [and you are], its credibility, if you ever had any to start with.

As for trolling, that means chasing after someone and making posts unrelated to the topic at hand. I dont do that. You did that to me recently. My points and comments are on topic. Kindly show where my posts are off topic is this thread or any other.
@joe-shmo saidIn addition to Iceland, if you look at countries like Denmark, Sweden and Norway, they also are well-known for both their lax view on nudity and for their feminism.

Take the U.S., for example. While sexism is still a rampant problem, the further back in time you go, the more sexist America was. Also true: the further back in time you go, the more stringent the expectation for women in the U.S. to dress conservatively and cover up their bodies.
But that's not just the U.S. You could say the same for most westernized nations; that the further back in time you go, the less rights women had, and the more conservative they were expected to dress.
@rajk999 saidThen see my previous post. It applies to the points you brought up.

@vivify saidYou are adding parameters. Now you want to compare human civilizations acceptance of female nudity across all time? Someone with a PhD has or is probably doing this. Perhaps it would be prudent to just search for the studies?
