Well, not really wanting to get involved in your little tit-for-tat here, but I do want to point out that neither uncle Joe or Mr. Hitler were, in fact, US presidents...
Maybe a mute point. But when judging "Best US president" probably a factor that could be taken into account?

Polk is generally rated in the top 10 presidents by historians and his omission from this survey is puzzling. He completed the expansion of the country to the Pacific, cut tariffs leading to economic prosperity and kept the slavery powder keg under wraps. And then had the good sense to only serve one term!
boing.

I'll have to post the story about Bob Geldof (think I didnt spell his name correctly)stating the other day that President Bush has done more than any American President for Africa.
It was quite interesting.
Who was the last independent to become president?
Originally posted by treetalkIts interesting he has consistently had higher ratings the past year over Congress. Frankly, except for a few, I'd toss the whole lot and start fresh. Eliminate Depts that we don't need, like the Department of Education ... education is and has always been a state issue and concern.. least until the Peanut Farmer came along
Interesting to see Bush's latest ratings ...

I ask for some sort of proof... you providied zero, just more rhetoric.
Who did George bush torture.... terrorists? My heart truly bleeds purple razor blades for them.
As for helping the US economy, lets see we had the lowest unemployment rate in decades and consistent, steady economic growth.... so where are you getting your facts?
And by the ...[text shortened]... yonets. Or will you contend the pictures are fake?
So which is worse, that..or waterboarding?
I get the facts by this: in a while, US citizens will be paying all of their money towards interest on the national debt. Don't even try to claim that temporary jobs and inflation, along with tax cuts, can fix this rather than hurt it.
Originally posted by der schwarze RitterThat's your logic. It's not okay- but its better than doing it while worsening the economy and claiming to be the good guy.
So it's OK to commit mass murder and torture as long as you do something to improve the economy or save face? Face it -- you're a freak.

I won't say that the national debt is a problem to be ignored by its not the Doomsday you seem to think it is
Hirohito was a murdering Bas&tard ... which part of your 14 yr old brain fails to register that.....? He falls right in their witler Hitler and Stalin... was he a relative of yours?
