Personally, I like to see an appeal be actually filed and briefs submitted before I judge the merits of an attempt to overturn a conviction.

The evidence is too overwhelming for an appeal to be overturned any other way but pure biased politics.

It is an insult to our intelligence that a court case that would convict ANYONE with those charges and such a bathtub full of evidence, and if it had been a dem in that legal trouble, you would pronounce the court system as doing its sworn duty, a totally just decision but because Trump is clearly literally above the law, NOW the DOJ is totally politized, democrat witch hunt started by Biden.

This is an unbridled and out in the open attack on our institutions of justice, jusrisprudence, democracy itself since Trump did NOT transfer power peacefully which has been the norm for over 200 years.
