Obviously, the government food often isn't really needed. If it were, it would be eaten regardless of quality.

I know its true for Zambia, I assumed it is true for many other countries.
A quick Goolge, and in the UK, the civil service is 20% of the countries work force. I would think that no other entity is that big.

The vast majority of transfer of wealth by the government has been from the working middle class to the top 1%. Thanks Republicans.
