Yep, that just goes to show you how short sighted you are about everything financial, if there is no immediate benefit, it is bad, ESPECIALLY if whatever it is was put forth by Democrats, if the same bill had been put forth by repubs, GREAT bill, I hope those poor students get some help now that our government is on the job.

So how much college did YOU attend? Student loans paid off? You see no problem with colleges charging 50+ thousand a semester? 400 bucks a book or more? Does this in any way make sense to you?
My son in law Gandhi, got a Phd in physics and his analysis on his thesis now makes him being called the father of foraging for his math work following predator prey relations and he had money for tuition and housing and food only, could not afford the outrageous prices of books so he did all his homework and mean ALL his homework in the college library where he could at least check out the books he needed for his homework and research, and I fully expect you to poo poo his present renown about foraging but no matter, it is one example of what students have to do to get a full education, all the way to Phd never having the money even to buy the books.
If you think ALL students can do that, try looking at a library with say one book on a subject taught and 100 students trying to get that book because they can't afford it. Won't happen.

Engineers, maths teachers, privacy officers, top council advisors,, etc. Most of them, by far, won’t earn more than 95.000 a year.
Although, I believe they do have higher wages in the US.
