I've plea bargained literally hundreds of felonies down to misdemeanors and any lawyer who's worked in the Criminal Justice system for any extended period of time has done the same.

So, it is OK for Sue to render that particular sovereignty to be nothing. Then why do the ladies get this 'sovereignty'?
My stand is that they can get abortions, that is their business. I should not have to pay for it with my taxes, nor for the clinics.
