So if we're not creating it, then why do all these government phoneycrats want to silence the debate and tax the bejeebers out of everything and force us all to live like Java Man on the Veldt and eat bugs and wipe our behinds with banana leaves?
Please, Please do us all a favour go and live near Chernobyl, Mr Schitter.
I hear radiation poisoning is a myth too.

Everyone knows that there are cycles, we're making this cycle more extreme. It's like a kid going on a roundabout, and someone coming along and spinning it so fast that it makes the kid sick, and then saying "well it was going round anyway, it had nothing to do with me".

But we may well be exacerbating it.
During this particular cycle the effects of mankind on the environment - though admittedly relatively small - are unknown. This will be the first time that artificial factors also impact on the natural process.

Does that make some sort of sense?

These complex weather phenomena take tens of thousands and sometimes millions of years to play out and we've been watching them for maybe 30 years and think we've got it covered. Everything I've read indicates that global warming is not man made. If you're interested, here is a page on the science of "global warming," that contains every noteworthy article for the past 10 years: http://eteam.ncpa.org/issues/?c=science

Dear god, please don't mention to some of these people that the Earth's North and South poles reverse themselves every 10k years or so. Is this bad, or just normal? Maybe that's a pollution thing also. Best start checking your compass declination more often, and stop taking iron supplements. You're killing the freakin planet.

Granny.

i love the way you managed to squeeze 'crap' and 'dung' even into a short discussion of global warmingπŸ˜› it's a certain kind of creative genius, i supposeπŸ˜›πŸ˜›.

we don't need to go to such extreme lengths - we can just build a giant refrigerator and leave the door open. or pass a law making it compulsory for everyone to leave their fridge door open an hour a day.

The answer is GLOBAL WORMING, giant drilling machines to riddle the planet with holes, to let the heat out. The tunnels would make ideal conditions for housing the homeless too.

No -- I'm just a more discriminating reader than you and I don't buy the hype.

The only problem I see with that is it would release hordes of Nazi Hell creatures from beneath the Hollow Earth.

If it makes sense and has supporting evidence, you don't read it; that kind of discriminating reader?

While I hope you're joking, I have met people who thought that an open fridge will cool a room, so to be on the safe side... you know that doesn't work yeah?!
