Personal peccadillo. Ran across the following quote in an ancient business text many moons ago, and for whatever reason, the thing stuck with me. I have my take on it, but given some of the superior minds here on the site, I'd like to hear your takes on it, if so inclined.
Also, if anyone can locate the origin, that would be nice.
