The post that was quoted here has been removedWell who’s to blame for this, did the AU give Malawi expired vaccines or did the Malawian govt allow them to expire.
I’m speaking as someone who has had his first dose of AstraZeneca and eagerly awaits the second dose.
I might have preferred the Pfizer vaccine but ‘any port in a storm’.

It kinda sounds like those situations where the milk in the grocery store is about to expire
so they sell it to a local institution (hospital) where it does not get used right away.
