I found a short but interesting page on the death-toll figures in Iraq.
It gives 3 different sources. Iraq Body Count(American Lies).. Iraqi Health Ministry(Probably not the whole truth).. Lancet(Possible over/under estimation).

What should we look at then, when trying to interpret the cost of war? 60,000 to 100,000+ to 600,000+.

No, what really pisses me off is that the allied forces refused to tally the civilian deaths. They don't really count...
Murders as far as I'm concerned.
And creating a situation in which murderous gangs of thugs are killing 60 cilivians a day and then saying: "It's terrorists, not us!" doesn't wash down too well with me either.

The Lancet surveys have met with criticism, but to suggest that current death levels are the same as in pre-war Iraq is patently absurd.

These murders are only one area where deaths in Iraq will be found. Like Shav says it isnt as simple as the propoganda feed American puppets are feed to believe. There are many, many things which have resulted in the situations we see today, yet little gets done about it because total twats want to feel safe in their immunity of nationally prescribed blindness.
You also have other areas where deaths are going to result in Iraq through(again) the environment that America has created. High levels of unemployment, poverty & inadequite services(such as poor water supplies🙂)are areas where it seems probable to hold greater deaths.
I think I recently managed to get my hands on google god and lead him to water to take a look at some of these areas. You know how it goes.. beat the F's up, kill a few American soliders, cause mass hysteria and then have a chat. How are you today sir?

Americans are so dumb that we kidnap a few of their soliders, chop their heads off, eat them and then we wait for them to come to us to find them. We dont even have to travel far to hunt some more. They make everything so easy it isnt really that fun anymore....

But they were innocent people and those deaths actually give more support to our army. Americans are so dumb one can only imagine the funding Al-Q recieves due to American hate. Give them a couple of years and nukes will be flowing like mocahchino Al lates with freshly whipped goat milk.
