Look at it this way, If I'm right we all have a little something called hope. If you're right well then we have no hope and if there is no God how do we (humankind) tell right from wrong? Why are we here? I would like to see someone who doesn't believe in a god answer these questions.

What does being a "founding document" have to do with anything? You make it sound like anything written after 1787 is irrelevant.
And for that matter, yes. I'm saying that every document written after the Constitution has nothing to do with our nations founding.
Its all quite simple. In the absence of a flux capacitor, nothing written after the nations founding could possibly have anything to do with the nations founding.
