Your claim is a false. Let's start with you admitting that. The FBI never said she destroyed evidence in the press conference you cited.

8 years ago we covered this email non-story extensively. There was never any likelihood HRC would be charged with crimes because of it for the reasons Comey cited and more. Being careless is not the same as being a criminal.

Yes, I give her and Trump "equal treatment" under the law as the prosecutors and courts do. Trump is not charged with merely being careless either; he's charged with willful acts that violated Federal and State criminal statutes.
