There were 19 White people Shot and Killed in 2020 fleeing the scene on foot.

Ok, I didn't read your post carefully which was nonresponsive to my points about the Brooks shooting.

Brooks was shot several times in the back and killed while the incident was filmed by numerous video cameras. Not a single one of the incidents mentioned in that database come anywhere close to meeting that criteria. That is why the story made the networks not because of the non-existent favoritism towards blacks and hostility towards white that you and the other right wingers keep claiming exist.

BTW: 37 unarmed blacks were shot while fleeing on foot in 2020 according to that database.

Rayshard Brooks isn't listed as one of them because he had a Taser.

What's the denominator of the rate? The figure in the Washington post is population based. What if we look at rate of police killing per engagement per race?

Why should we limit it to 2020 when we have a database back to 2015?

I'm perfectly aware of what you are trying to do, but you are miserably failing to produce any stats, no matter how cherry picked, that don't show that a black person in the US is substantially more likely to be killed by police than a white person.
