LOL, you hard-liners are pretty funny sometimes.

I wish that every person who touts Horn as a hero gets called by police, informing them that their son/daughter has just been killed by some trigger happy shop owner, because the guy suspected they were shoplifting.

You know the difference between those of us that support Horn and
people who think like you do? I'd never wish what you just did to my
kids on you.

He's a trigger-happy vigilante who should get the death penalty for a double homicide.
What he did was defend himself and those that lived next to him,
that was what happened. You making claims about what should be
true does not come into play, it is only the facts of that case nothing
more.

We had a similar case in the UK...Tony Martin.
The FACTS were that he shot and killed someone, and served time accordingly, as your man Horn should do.
Having said that, I do beleive in the right to defend myself from intruders IN my home, using any level of measures that eject or neutralise such "unwelcome visitors" and their threat.

The facts, are two people are dead and he shot them, I'll wait for
the rest to come out. It sounded like they made moves towards him
too a mistake they will not ever make again. I do not agree with you
that he should be jailed, I'm not for anyone killing anyone for any
reason, but if you are committing a crime and during that crime you
make a threat towards anyone with anything, it is open season on
your butt for people to respond.

It's not his job to defend anyone living close to him.
I've seen nothing in the media about them having any weapons either - so how worried could Horn have been about them coming at him?

He probably made up the story about them 'making a move towards him' to try and escape a murder rap - we can only hope justice prevails in this case.

I especially like your 'open season' comment.
Again I will use your kids as an example - Would you have the same arrogant attitude if a shop owner killed your child and spun a stupid story afterwards about them 'making a move towards him'?

Again, I'm not disputing the fact that those two are better removed from the general public.
But getting the death penalty seems a bit harsh, don't you think?

No, why? (And it wasn't The Death Penalty...they were killed while commiting a burglary)

Half blind? Two shots...Two kills. Sounds 20/20 to me. Poor, poor bad guys. They're just soooo misunderstood. And, by the way, your hypotheticals suck putty balls.

Sir Horn was an elderly man, scared to death of the robberies going on with no help from the police and dispatched the scum in such a way that they will have to attend their funerals in a closed casket, which,of course, Sir Horn will be paying for out of his taxes, no doubt.

Granny.

Personally, I do not care to carry on a conversation with you after you
said this! You want to see people's kids die just to prove a point you
think you have. There is nothing from you I'm interested in reading
from here on out.

Any retard with a shotgun can get two kills with 2 shots - as was proven by Herr Horn.

My hypothetical doesn't suck.
A citizen took the law into his own hands and killed 2 suspected burglars in cold blood and is now making up a weak story to try and cover up his double homicide.
Fits in perfectly with the scenario I sketched.
You would call for the head of my hypothetical shop owner if he shot one of your kids he suspected of shoplifting.

What would you say when our make believe shop owner started rambling on about 'the kids of today - always stealing sweets from my store! Mr. X from around the corner was shot by 2 shoplifters the other day.'?
Would you say: 'OK man, sorry. I didn't know people were stealing from and killing shop owners. Carry on!'?

They were using a crowbar to break into a home. Shoplifting is a crappy analogy. Your hypothetical does indeed suck. Why do you keep saying "suspected burglars" and "allegedly" breaking into a house? They were caught in the act, no guesswork needed.

I just love how you idiots are skirting the issue by saying my hypothetical scenario 'sucks' - when any person with an IQ higher than the amount of toes they have can see they follow parallel.
OK, the article I read said suspected - apparently they did break a window - it doesn't change the fact that Horn murdered them because of it.
Is the death penalty now accepted for breaking and entering in Texas?

I will leave you with a great quote from Joe 'I Kill For Fun' Horn...

"You wanna make a bet," Horn responded. "I'm gonna kill them. They're gonna get away."

Nice bit of pre-meditation recorded on tape. Say, does Texas still kill murderers?
