Marauder gave me really weak reason why Flu Vaccine is not mandated for everyone.
I looked up deaths from mis/nonuse of seat belts...12,000.
I looked up deaths from flu............36,000
So could you explain the reasoning, the logic, the common sense of Marauder?? He is all about seat belt law (only 12000 deaths), but not concerned to have flu vaccine mandate where THREE times that many die.

They want the government to control a woman's reproductive choice and disregard her right to bodily sovereignty.
They bitterly resist limitations on police use of force despite the fact that police here kill civilians at a rate that dwarfs the rate in other "advanced" countries.
They want the government to have the ultimate power to kill you by judicial means i.e. the death penalty.
They want to control and severely limit the number of persons who can immigrate to this country.
I could go on ......... and on but the point remains .......................... right wingers are all in favor of government control and power except when it inconveniences them.
As to Ms. Wen, I've already explained to you dozens of times that you have no "right" to spread deadly diseases to others and therefore your "freedom" can be restricted to prevent you from doing so. Why you can't grasp this simple concept is quite beyond me.

We have argued the death penalty and abortion (not the govt's business) for 100 years, yawn city. And, since I do NOT support govt control, being a conservative, your first sentence is patently false.
Immigration? It has been fine, regulated, cool, a million a year, peachy keen....Until Joe Biden started his horrible presidency. Now, it is wide open, in the news, and you libs are all up in arms for the wrong things. Why would you not say "Biden, if it ain't broke, why try to change it?" What in the hell, Marauder?

Factoid. Each side has cogent arguments about abortion and death penalty. But this govt control thing???? Man, let us ALL agree that government should have limited control, that, a fluid society is Impossible under a strong government.
Oh, and the Constitution makes a limited government front and center throughout its pages. Say, yeah, you got a point. Geez.

You want government submission of some things, like walking across a street and forced snow shoveling, that you don't seem to care about. But other things that other people (doctors, nurses etc.) care about are the only things that restrict freedom.
