Did we ever decide if it's ok to remove classified documents from govt property without permission? If ok, let's move on. If not ok, let's prosecute both guys. The relative security of the stored documents is irrelevant.

National Archives has already decided for us, and yet Marauder answers that by effectively saying to show evidence of who was in the house, what intent Joe had (marauder applying the Comey/Hillary new rule). He never agrees that the law was violated. He just goes off extraneously.

Marauder will do an interpretation number on this one. He may start with 'it doesn't mean what it says', or (in Clinton-speak) " it all depends on what the words unauthorized, removal, retention and classified mean." Hell, there is another law at NArchives that was borne out of Watergate. I figure Biden will get 30 years, like the kid on the submarine who took an underwater picture in a submarine. They both have/had it coming.!! They will let Biden serve at one of his many homes, though.

Why doesn't he recognize that Biden has been a hoarder for about 30 years? A delusional hoarder, who loses things. It started with his hair follicles (you all know he has plugs, I presume??), then the earlier files, then his mind, then his son loses a gun, his wife, his laptop, Biden loses two bids for President, I am getting it all out of order, and there is more. A family of losers. I think Marauder, of robotic but steadfast qualities, is a smart feller, and I am Astounded he is backing this horrible family. Truly astounded. I said the same thing about Trump i.e. unless it's shown he retained the documents for illegal and/or nefarious purposes, he shouldn't be charged.
