I said the same thing about Trump i.e. unless it's shown he retained the documents for illegal and/or nefarious purposes, he shouldn't be charged.

If the law makes no exception to the intent to do something illegal or nefarious, then should he not be charged for breaking the law?
Are you applying the Comey/Hillary rule? Intent? Cite that one for us, please, the code or law or statute which speaks to intent in this case.
