The lawyers here cannot answer your premises above without knowing the facts about any erstwhile cases against Trump. All of the 'complaints' seem to be from liberal people who have agendas, it you will. Tainted. They have been on his ass since before day One, and I just dont see it. He is still there. He apparently has no serious legal problems as you imply, or say.

You mention tax returns as if they will doom into an abyss. Maybe he'll have to pay a fine?,,,,what is the big deal? Do you know he is, or has been, audited all the time, and here we are today. And he appears to not be concerned. He was not concerned about the Russia investigation, either. Do you see the parallel? And how is your momma's 401K doing, do you really want to send this man to solitary confinement? What is this vitriol truly all about? Jesus.
