Are there any countries that don't have border controls and let anyone in and support them with free money/food/schooling/medical care?
Are there any other countries that tax their citizens and send money to the United States?

But it remains, court jester, that they (the non-paying citizens you refer to?) are citizens. So, they vote. Aliens should not. They should not vote about my family's future. Do you think it is cool for an alien to vote about your family's future?
