The only argument I can make is based upon "Intent" of the perp.
Does this person want to "kill the soul" of the buyer? for what?

That seems clear cut.
So. Porn is not just a body without clothes. Nor is it sex. Nor is it sex that is "seen" for money.
It is the soul who gives dope and doom to the women/kids. Who spread their child rearing glory for money. Who expose their only human asset for money. So that they can turn a buck. Maybe.
Porn seems to equate "People who will corrupt need/ability/only asset for money."
