Uh I seem to have seen on the news last night where they talked to the head of the AIP, and she said that there was no record of Sarah ever being a member. Is the any hard proof that you guys have to say otherwise.

It appears as if the New York Times went with something not checked fully - it is Palin's husband who was a member.
Good to see that they were up front with their retraction - something that rarely happened when it was a Democrat being impugned.

Can you show me where he said that? Does not the Supreme Court ruling about the D.C. case make that a mute point even if he did say that?

I don't know about the wolf hunting. I haven't heard anything about it. I will however check into it.
Yes, I do like this woman, and I have been considering voting for McCain now. However, I still don't like some things about McCain. I know that Bob Barr doesn't really have enough supporters to win and that has been another consideration I have been fa ...[text shortened]... stated he would. Recorded 2007, AIP meeting
"... Our current governor, the one we are hoping to get elected, did get elected, Sarah Palin .... She was an AIP member before she got a job as mayor of Wasilla ... but to get along to go along she eventually joined the Republican party"
Joe Vogler, AIP founder

"... the fires of Hell are frozen glaciers compared to my hatred of the American Government. ... and I won't be buried under their damn flag ..."
Also, it is hearsay at this point, because I can't find the source, but Todd Palin is said to have been a member until 2002.
