I wouldn't say that. The expectation is that the vaccine will prevent or at least seriously impede virus transmission, but it would be premature to make such a claim before there is evidence showing it.

Pfizer and Moderna claim their COVID vaccines are “more than 90% effective,” but people should know that those claims are based on inadequate testing. “They just used PCR tests, not the gold standard for testing which requires following up those PCR test results with genetic sequencing.
That is probably why the Pfizer CEO dumped his stock shares after they went up. It is over hyped.

I take positions for the challenge, not because I am passionate about them. I once started a thread to see if I could defend Kim Jong Un. It was a challenge. It isn't easy to defend a creep like him, but I think I did a good job considering.
