Donald Trump had plans to pull American troops out of Afghanistan during his term and Democrats complained. Joe Biden follows through on those plans and Republicans complain. Such is the state of our divided nation.
A few years ago I left Facebook. It was depressing to see so many of my former classmates, who were once such good friends, become bitter enemies, all over something as stupid as politics.
I've rediscovered the joy of sitting alone with a cup of tea, an interesting tactics problem on my board, and some soft jazz playing in the background. I think a bit more of this, and less politics will be in my future. 🙂
