If you give money to people and they actually spend it, what do you think happens to the money? IT GETS PUMPED RIGHT BACK INTO THE SYSTEM so that money doesn't just disappear in a cloud of smoke.
So you get a thou from some government, you buy food, that money does directly to the grocery, you pay your utility bills, I may be wrong but it sounds an awful lot like the utility company gets a bit from that money. TERRIBLE thing, right?
