Please, do you want to see No1's head explode, he is a racist that promotes a racist system i.e. affirmative action, but to try to get him to define his race classification system is futile. Who is owed special treatment, on what basis and by whom?

I gave up because it was too easy to tie him in knots, and after years (the same thing comes up) there is still no satisfactory answer because there can never be a satisfactory answer, No'1 will revert to 'will of the people' or some such nonsense.

What would be the ideal society that would result from said redress? You cannot answer this fully without taking into consideration the bloody fact that some people work harder than others......that pesky tenet which underlies all of the arguments which you present.

To be clear, before we get to your assertions that it is impossible to precisely identify those individuals who are victims of discrimination, you deny the legitimate power of society to step in if and when:

An employer posts a sign saying "No Blacks Need Apply"

A business posts a sign saying "No Blacks allowed"

A hotel posts a sign saying "Blacks cannot stay here".

Does a poll exist to prove how many blacks in SC know about Biden's racial jungle quote? It is quite ridiculous to claim blacks are knowingly voting for a past segregationist. They think because Obama picked him for VP he could not possibly be a past segregationist. But Obama's white ancestors were slave owners, weren't they? Do you have a poll to gauge how many black people know that?
