And you want to do exactly what?? I've played on about a dozen internet chess sites and the system here is as good as any. Some of the real time sites don't have a "Submit Move" button and if you accidentally place a piece on the wrong square you're screwed. So far as I know, all the CC sites work the same way.
It's the default system for virtually all the chess software that I use (ICC's BlitzIn, FICS' BabasChess, Fritz 9, ChessBase, WinBoard, ChessMaster 9000, etc. etc.). Furthermore, it's offered on other online correspondence sites.
I've heard rumors that RHP may implement a DND option in the future.

Spammers and multi-account abusers are the enemy, not non-subs. Remember the 'windmill' account? Looks like it is numbered amongst the JoniG/LazyKnight/AmericanEagle dupes. 'windmill' was a subscriber.
