Fourth...accusations of what Trump may have done before his presidency do not compare with what a sitting politician did do during her short time in office.

Although the issue of the irregularity of her relationship with said staff member does seem to be clouding the rather more serious issue of revenge pornography. What her motivation for resigning was is somewhat irrelevant. This is a criminal offence in the UK with a maximum sentence of two years imprisonment. It is a criminal offence in 40 states in the US. If she can escape the investigation by resigning it is not a criminal matter. So it is not clear that the purpose of your point is anything other than to diminish the seriousness of revenge pornography.
