Maybe giant Jewish space lasers, but more generally just US defence weaponry can accomplish the task as well.

The USA has no hyper sonic missiles yet, so they have never done it.
Only those that have hyper sonic missiles can know that is possible and why would they tell anybody?

There are already 1/3 megawatt lasers right now and they think ICBM's will be susceptible to megawatt level lasers.

Hyper sonic missiles are too fast to intercept. There is no proven defense against them. Your lasers do not exist yet and even if they did there is no evidence they would work.
