Olive green (desert colour) body armour… and what looks like the US flag tied around his neck (perhaps some sort of a T-shirt)… the look of a deranged survivalist mixed with a bit of Tom Waits for good measure.

I don't see this helping the Turd Emperor. I really don't. He didn't get much of a bump, or none at all, after the first go at him, despite all the dramatic footage. This time?
