Olive green (desert colour) body armour… and what looks like the US flag tied around his neck (perhaps some sort of a T-shirt)… the look of a deranged survivalist mixed with a bit of Tom Waits for good measure.

Anyone still undecided after all that time will sooner wish him dead (not assassinated, that's horrible for the US, but, let's say, mauled to death by an alligator during his golf match) than to give him a sympathy vote because why, he attracts lunatics so he should be president?
I don't see this helping the Turd Emperor. I really don't. He didn't get much of a bump, or none at all, after the first go at him, despite all the dramatic footage. This time? So, I guess he was out putt-putting on the green, and supposedly some unauthorized character was about. It's not even clear the guy took any shots.
