Well the way blacks are treated in court is clearly racist. You drive down the highway, see a cop pull over someone, chances are that person is black. And of course whitey does some law breaking while driving but a white girl flashes her eyes at the cop and he say's ok, I am just writing a warning this time, but if it was a black dude, YOU WERE SPEEDING HERE IS YOUR TICKET, SIGN here.
That happens a lot or maybe you never heard of Floyd? Or Rodney? Or kids found with 50 bullet holes in them, when a white kid would have gotten a leg wound or some such? You seriously think there is no racial bias in the way cops treat blacks V whites?

Remember, Trump's SCOTUS picks also said abortion was protected by the Constitution before proving their words were lies by voting to overturn it. The GOP is a party of liars.
