It is an economic fact of supply and demand, that when they have more money, their demand for goods and services go up. By buying things, the things become more scarce, and the manufacturer thus raises the price on the things.

So, you see the phrase Supply and Demand in action.
My point is, that if all of the above happens, nothing has really happened. No one is better off when wages are adjusted to inflation. Everyone is in the exact same boat.
