Strangely, Norway, though not a member of the EU is far more supportive of it than the UK is. Yes, the UK does seem backward to me these days.

The UK is less europhobic not more.

It's just we were very
"fog in the channel, Europe isolated!"
for so long its almost genetic.

It just takes time for all the old dinosaurs, that lost us the empire with their arrogance, to die out.
