You're right though, I don't know anyone else who talks like that.

I also don't know who else works the hands the way he does, especially during interviews when he's in a chair. It's what I expect an android would do if it knew humans often gesticulate when talking, but did not have access to a video showing how it is done.

The hands just keep jerking toward and away from each other, palms facing each other the entire time, seemingly at random:
