From the redacted warrant we now know TRUMP HIMSELF actually WROTE on some of those secret documents.
There is ZERO defending him as his lawyers already know AND those same lawyers are in legal trouble themselves for signing a paper months ago saying there were no more documents than the 15 boxes already given back.
Now we find there were some 26 boxes and maybe 700 secret and higher docs WITH TRUMP's writing on them. So he is going to have a really hard time saying he knew nothing about them.
Funny, if it had been ANY dem POTUS keeping TS and higher docs in HIS basement you would 100% certainty would be screaming TRAITOR shoot him at dawn.
Got anything to say about THAT?

In one of the statements, NARA said Trump’s presidential records “should have been transferred to NARA from the White House at the end of the Trump Administration in January 2021.”
In February, NARA noted that Trump and his representatives had been cooperating with NARA to transfer boxes of records from the Mar-a-Lago property to the National Archives.

It does not appear that Trump broke any laws. This is a fake scandal. A distraction from the Capitol police letting protesters in. Inquiring minds want to know why.

That is less than 1% classified documents and not all of them were marked top secret. Not such a big deal. At least he was not emailing the info around like someone did.

That obviously was not done, but has that ever been enforced? NARA knew Trump had them and asked for them at some point, but NARA said they didn't call for the raid. So it is all on the FBI to explain why they didn't let NARA handle the issue alone.
