Anyone who actually reads the Court's Order (https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/6185644/Sealed-Order.pdf) knows the claims in the article are false; the Court hardly denied that there was a Russian government attempt to influence the election in Trump's favor - it merely ruled that prosecutors shouldn't have made certain public statements regarding these particular defendants. It did not dismiss the case because of this or even sanction the prosecutors.
