@AverageJoe1 saidYou do not see the hypocrisy.
This silly fella, without citing anything, just says 'he thinks' that the documents case carries the same weight as the chicanery of the Biden family evidenced by the Laptop, the millions and millions, their SILENCE about the source and pupose of the milliions and millions, and the lies of Joe exposed.
Follow Moonbus, the guy is unbelievable with his opinions. Ask him when cancer will be cured. And can he cite some souirces?
Your country is going down the drain, right in front of your eyes. And all you do is stand by the side and cheer.
Moronic. That’s the only suitable term.
@shavixmir saidYou think Biden has not taken us a good ways down the drain already? You don't think, Shav. You follow. I think I will start following you and Sonhouse......down a drain. Somethin tells me you were living in the wrong country when Trump took us on a fine train ride. If you heard about the $6000 increase in salaries, try adding a few zeros for me and my friends. And it was NOT in the form of salaries!! And the train is about to do a return trip!!!!
You do not see the hypocrisy.

You need to talk amongst yourselves, we have Sonhouse Ear and Shav Ear, don't hear much!
@sonhouse said"Did you really think she came to that conclusion based on EVIDENCE"
@AverageJoe1
Oh, you mean they should not appoint a judge who is obviously biased in Trump's favor? Did you really think she came to that conclusion based on EVIDENCE? She has her lips firmly attached to Trump's ass and that case is a job reference to be appointed to SCOTUS.
yes, she did
democrats cant just up and give unquestionable powers to anyone they want, congress has a say in this, dems skipped that part
@AverageJoe1 saidNo. No I don’t.

I live in Europe and what I see a narcissist, a plan 2025, polarisation, presidents being exempt from the law and judges appointed by the president presiding over cases about the president.
And what I see is a democracy teetering on the brink of collapse.
And what I witness are gullible republicans applauding the downfall, unable to comprehend the bucket of faeces they’re heading for.
And you can not say you weren’t warned.
@shavixmir saidThis foul mouth sewer guy, who wants to work (be productive) as little as he has to. has warned us about the USA!!!!
No. No I don’t.

2. An objective way of installing judges
3. Based on the trias politica.
4. Less powers to the executive.
5. A professional civil service.
6. Reform the constitution based on international treaties from the last 60 years.
7. Healthcare, education, utilities free at the point of delivery (so, everyone pays, and those that need it get it).
8. Diminish the power of the weapons and medicine lobbies.
9. Curb the influence on politicians by lobby groups and pacts (free up politicians so they don’t spend half their time fund raising).
10. Overhaul the political system so that non-executive legislation can be more easily passed by majorities… and over-turned when desired.
It’s not rocket science.
But, then again, by now you should comprehend what I am.
@AverageJoe1
A warning you should consider with care. Do you deny Trump actually said he WOULD be a dictator on day one? Of course, ONLY be a dictator on day one, making it a joke, HA HA, we don't laugh at folks who want to kill our democracy and it is clear you APPROVE of the loss of our democracy otherwise you would not defend a convicted felon as POTUS.
@sonhouse saidYes he said that, Breibart said he did, so I believe it, and also believe Breitbart’s interpretation of it. You are free to interpret it your way and we will see who is right about four years from now. Can we bet $1000 on it?
@AverageJoe1

@AverageJoe1
You may not HAVE 1000 bucks 3 years from now if Trump gets in. Tell me where you see ANYTHING where he is the slightest interest in helping common folk like us?
His tax bribe when he WAS POTUS was DESIGNED to help the ultrarich and big companies where he SAID that extra money would cause companies to built factories here in the US but if you looked even a LITTLE closely to what REALLY happened, those companies did huge stock buy backs to make their stocks go up in price which is one reason Boeing is in deep doo doo right now, forsaking safety for big bucks and their stock went up more then 10 times which was exactly what Trump knew would happen but lied once again to the public.
So DEFEND those companies using the tax bribe to just do stock buybacks.
@shavixmir saidwhat I see is a european queer squeaking out because his friends are losing

OK. Stipulate that no country is perfect. See this on Romania, for instance.
""Due to political instability and massive propaganda, I believe that there is a general feeling of mistrust and suspicion that’s rooted deeply in the society, still persisting since the communism period.""" Romania life! Brrrrrr
YOu are correct, no judges for life. In your mind, in my opinion, I think you want judges to be mob oriented, majority-rule type of thing. Brrrr again. And 'objective' is defined differently by you than by me. I know for instance, your def is to have police control small parts of peoples' lives. (looked it up).
Yes, we already have trias politica.
I would fix the problem of Exec Power by having THREE presidents, not one. I am quite serious. ONE man can push a nuke?
No professional civil service. I believe in less govt, you believe in more. We clearly disagree. Hell, I think the Post Offixce should be private enterprise. Its developers make money!!!!!.
The Constitution stays put. That is what amendments are for. If you have a 60-yr problem, get our legislators to fix the problem by amending the constitution.
Your healthcare/utilities free made me laugh. Uhhh, what happened to Free Housing, you have apparently realized the error of your ways on that one! Our emergency rooms/hospitals are quite free, thankyou, we even treat illegal aliens among the other largesse which they enjoy. If someone wants regular medical care and annual physiclals and dental work, they buy health insurance. Are you suggesting that there be no companies selling health insurance? And here is the funniest......do you think I, avjoe, am going to get in line behind your cousin Lucas who lives here, and behind the mexican illegal, for my health care!!??!?
Moral of this story......hard for you to absorb.....everyone take CARE OF THEMSELVES'. Thankyou, thought I would get that off of my chest. We have something here called independence. Apparently it is not a Nland concept.
Lobbies are quite necessary, I cannot believe you put that there. If I am a congressman and have to vote on a nuclear plant to be put near a town, I will HAVE to have some lobbyists (both sides) meet with me, and explain what Nuclear even means. How can I vote effectively on something I know nothing about? I would have to write Sonhouse a PM, he is an expert. I am not.
I LOVE having every weapon in the book. If Trump was lost to us, Putin and Xi and Kim would be making that move that is on their tables, knowing Biden will be in bed for 4 years, with Jill of course, filing her nails.
So you, and definitely Zahlanzi, would be asking us for ......well, missiles.
You are at me again with your Marx, your majority rules. You need to read up on why that is a bad idea. 51% of us would control, own, the other 49%.!??!?! Change my mind of that!! You do know, I am sure, why an entity such as our Senate requires 60% to pass some bills? Why is it not 51%?
What in the hell is overturned when desired?
@sonhouse saidHe says he wants to make America Great again. All he has to do is what he was doing before he was kicked out. I know you think he was a total failure, I have to assume that you and sue missed the train, but he was far from being afailure. He is a winner, and will win, For Us, again.

I am sorry, I really mean this, that he uttered the dictator remark, it has made you as mad as a hatter. Wasting all your hate-type for naught. YOu could have written some meaningful stuff.
As to the $1000, everyone will be successful when he takes over. I believe it, you do not. I guess you didn't feel the good burn 8 years ago.
As to your main paragraph, explaing 'Why WHy Why this and that were done, it is only your opinion, which of course is impossible to respond to. No facts, you see. Just speculation on your part. I think you devise all this stuf while I am playing golf.
Please tell me that you are riding the stock market. And that you are diversified, given that you tell us that you took a hit the last go-around. It is up 200 at the close, all due of course to the Trump incident. Or, is it because of Biden?
@AverageJoe1 saidYou completely fail to comprehend what I am saying.

Judges judge deeds based upon law. Law is made by politicians. Law is upheld by the police. Justice has to be and has to be seen as objective. If you have been appointed by person C, you have to recluse yourself from anything to do with person C.
Nothing to do with majority rules whatever. Logic, excemption from comprimisation.
Less power to the executive can indeed be achieved by watering down the executive (3 presidents instead of 1). But why not refer power to the elected chambers. They should decide what the executive does.
The civil service is what keeps matters running. Politicians are amateurs who don’t know their arse from their tits. Somebody has to keep the wheels greased and advising on what can and cannot be done. And on how.
This has nothing to do with post office workers or whatever. It’s about how a government is run.
Your consitution could be a basis, but it is severely outdated. Your democratic chambers don’t have actual means to implement change. That is what actually needs to be addressed.
Free housing is a right. But it has nothing to do with the actual organisation of government, of which we now correspond.
Your concept of of everyone taking care of themselves falls short, because you oppose individuals coming together to use violence to get what they want.
You need stability in a polarised society, hence my remarks about healthcare and utilities. Without that sort of basic stability, you are racing towards a violent outcome.
You don’t like my answer. Sure.
But it is the answer you will get when you ask any serious party outside the USA.
If you follow down the path you are going, you will rip the US apart. Not in any long term dream world, but within a decade.
@AverageJoe1
So WHATEVER Biden does will NEVER be enough for the likes of you, Dow at 40,000 WHOOPPIE, it was TRUMP who did that.
Infrastructure bill, TRUMP WOULD HAVE DONE IT MUCH BETTER
and the same to every other bill helping the common folk.
@shavixmir saidOK, I missed judge sitting on case of a person who appointed him. That could be a reason to overturn. Havent studied that. Good point.

We in this country can not do the 'democratic chambers', because our populace can hardly put those people in such a powerful position. Do you think we would have to vote on each and every one..? Because right now the president, who we DO vote for, picks them. I want our presidents (3 of them) to pick their own advisors to process their policies. What if you, being totally against Trump policies, were by some formula, piut in the chaamber along with that communist Tlaib person and AOC? It would not work here. We vote on people to represent us.
Our govt (ala civil service). does a horrible job with everything. Free enterprise, with competition, would do it better and we would not have to pay for it if we don't use it!!!
Constitution did not foresee the internet so we have amendments to keep it updated. It didn't foresee abortions, either, but that is a State matter and not in the purview of the Constituition. We have no issue with that.
Free housing is not a right. I guess if I give my daughter a house, she has a right to the house. I gave her the right. I have noi idea what you are talking about, you have mentioned this before. And how aboiut Maruader with his 'Natural Right' mantra. hahaha. Maybe you have a right to his lakehouse, I am serious.
Your 2 references to violence and sadness in some countries leaves me cold, so i aint got much to say , but I do have a question.
Against whom will you direct your violence? And round out your answer with a beginning, a middle and an end. Like, William is minding hs own business in his office, or mowing his lawn while his kids sell lemondade at the curb under his tutelage to learn to be self reliant. Will William be met with violence? Can you give us an example?
