Sorry, kids, there was no intent by Trump to commit a crime. Intent is HUGE in trials like this.

In case you don't know, a 1099 is a form someone who pays income to another gives the person paid. It is not used for the reimbursement of monies owed which Trump has already admitted the payments to Cohen were.

In case you don't know, a 1099 is a form someone who pays income to another gives the person paid. It is not used for the reimbursement of monies owed which Trump has already admitted the payments to Cohen were.
Further, the entry into the biz records of legal expenses was incorrect..not even a question that he had any criminal intent in mind, but whether that should have been anything else. Why wouldn't you book your expense to a lawyer as a legal expense. Common business sense.
