My favorite clip of Biden was when he got lost trying to find the front door of the Whitehouse and walked off the pathway and got on the grass, going through the hedges with a Secret Service agent following him trying to tell him he was going the wrong way, but like most Alzheimer's patients, he insisted on doing it anyway.

A good public speaker is coherent to start with.
Then there's the point, the why, the example, the therefore and then the summary.
Then the next point.
Biden sticks to it, sort of. But the only change in modulation he does is that freaky whisper... God only knows why his aids don't electrocute him for it.
trump has no coherency. No tactic for his message. His message is all over the place, and he also has very little modulation. Basically he accenturates everything, so nothing is important and nothing is remembered.
