No. All of those coincidences make sense if there was a real conspiracy to assassinate Trump. Your "it was staged" conspiracy theory is a leap from a real assassination attempt to something more complex.

The pic I saw was a groove a couple inches long where a pencil would have been placed on his ear. Didn't look to me like it came from shrapnel, which I think would have left a bigger mark and not as straight like what it looked like say a pencil scratching the side of the head where it would have gone.
I think shrapnel would have penetrated a lot deeper and probably stuck in his head also.
