WRONG THREAD
Trump wasn't shot

@wildgrass saidThere are reports Trump was actually hit by shrapnel (bullet fragments), not the bullet itself.
Basic logic. If his ear was hit with a real bullet, then his ear would have been wounded by that bullet. If his ear does not appear to be wounded, then he was not hit with a real bullet.
@vivify saidWhat shav said. There'd still be a scar from shrapnel. I will warn you not to Google it.

For reference A needle wound fron an ear piercing takes about 6 months to heal.
Also it's a 'report' you say? Just anecdotal or from someone who knows something, like a ballistics expert who tracked the possible lines of fire?
Why aren't there any reporters looking into this?

FBI Director Christopher Ray testified before Congress that Trump may have been hit by shrapnel rather than directly by the bullet.
@wildgrass saidDepending on the severity, scars can be covered up with makeup.
What shav said. There'd still be a scar from shrapnel.
@vivify saidI'm open to changing my mind too.

That statement from Wray was July 25th, where he said it was an active investigation. You may have heard there was a flurry of political pressure for him to revise his statement. The follow up clarification from the FBI said he was struck by a bullet. Dr Ronnie wrote it was 2 cm wide wound. We've had no update since then from Wray.
I don't believe it. Do you believe the official story? Where's the rest of the investigation clarifying all the seemingly impossible things that would need to happen to fit the official narrative?
The simplest explanation of the event is that the dirty work guy on Trump's campaign paid someone to take pot shots at the crowd. Maybe trump was wounded incidentally by a mosquito or faked injury.
@wildgrass saidThe simplest answer is that it may have been shrapnel but the FBI wasn't allowed to further investigate this possibility due to right-wing political pressure.

@vivify saidWell the alleged "shot in the ear but there is no wound" inconvenience is only one of the pieces that don't fit the official narrative puzzle.

150 good guys with guns do not to see the weird guy on the roof? SS director said shooter was virtually invisible, but dozens of random people at the rally were pointing him out to police? This was the first and only trump rally where secret service brought along a counter sniper (who we still have not heard from)? Authorities almost immediately (within hours) release the name of the shooter, despite the fact he had no identification, no criminal record, and his head was in pieces? How'd they know who he was? In real time, th secret service has no idea how many shooters are still out there, lets trump put his shoes on, fix his hair, asks them to wait and then slowly pose for photos on stage, threat ongoing, while he's wounded? All campaign staff on media lockdown?
The whole thing looked fake in real time and was reported as such. We all know MAGA will fall for anything, truth or fiction. Smart people changed their minds and want to think it's real. Probably because of the bodies. There's also the famous bullet photo that other photographers say is nearly impossible to capture.
All those wacko nonsense coincidences could have happened. But consider his profession as a reality tv showman. It makes more sense that it was staged.

@wildgrass saidI brought up most of these points in the previous page of this thread. I mostly agree with you here.

I joked around too much when posting so I probably came across as sarcastic. But I think your points in this post are valid ones.
@wildgrass saidCrooks was in a BlackRock ad but not Routh:
I double checked this.
Both of the assailants in Trump's alleged assassination attempts have appeared in advertisements for the Black Rock military contractor.
If that's not just the biggest coincidence ever?

The clip with Routh is from an event supporting Ukraine. It's not certain who produced that clip but it wasn't BlackRock.

The last update we had from FBI on the first "assassination" attempt was something in mid-july. They indicated that the investigation was active and there were many outstanding questions.
Why haven't they updated anyone since? Or if they have, what did they say?
@wildgrass saidEverybody look at that photo again. The iconic one that appears staged. Fist in the air, lil dab of blood, American flag waving.

Find any current or former Secret Service personnel who worked on a presidential or former president detail, who claims the agents in this photo, or one of many others, were following Secret Service protocol by allowing Trump to stand up.
For as long as five seconds, on three different occasions, they allowed his head and torso to be fully exposed, less than 45 seconds after he had been fired upon by an assassin.
Taken at face value, what we see in these photos is something a rattled and unprepared Boy Scout group might have done if tasked with trying to protect the former president
