I hope he means that he’ll have rigged democracy, so that voting is no longer possible. Not because it’s something I would agree with, but at least it’s more realistic than the first option.

And you're just pissed because you know as well as anyone that the more people vote, Republicans lose more.
More Americans voting is a good thing.
Election meddling is almost non-existent. When Trump speaks of "fixing" elections, he means maximizing Republican votes above all others. This is the old mafia definition of "fixing". Remember the phrase "the fix is in"? Just like Jan. 6 was supposed to "fix" the electors. But Pence f'ed that "fix" up. That's why the mob was screaming "Hang Mike Pence!"
