The NCAA has had rules regarding transgender athletes for more than a decade. The ones Thomas competed under:
" NCAA rules held that trans athletes must complete at least a year of testosterone suppressing hormone therapy before competing in a women’s division."

I get that transgender people are targets of right wing hate, but that is hardly a reason to deny someone the opportunity to compete. And the NCAA, not bigoted internet posters, are the ones who should decide who competes in what.
